Hornady is a Great Co to do business with

I Reload and broke a peice of my sizeing deprimeing die. I bent the spindle and broke off the tip in hard use.

I E-Mailed Hornady with this E-Mail.

I bent and broke my deprimer pins and spindel for the Hornady 10mm/40
custom grade new dimension dies.

Could you see if this would be a warranty issue or contact me about how
to replace these parts.

By the way---I really like these Dies, they are easy and very
repeatable: for a Guy who shots a lot like I do, 5000-7000 rounds a year
they have saved me some serious money.

Thanks

There answer was---- we will get you up and running.

They sent me this http://www.midwayusa.com/midwayusa/s...ders/trans.gif
http://www.midwayusa.com/mediasvr.dl...eitemid=550231 No Cost, Just sent it out to me. This retails for $9.98

I am glad I have their dies and thought it worth mentioning for people debateing what to get.

The few companies that will survive this economic disaster will likely have on thing in common, excellent customer service.

I keep trying to beat this idea into my production "manager", with little effect. She took the day off last Friday and I took most of her calls. It's nice to hear your customers say "Wow, my lucky day today, when I called my order into you" (as opposed to her). It can be the little things you do for customers, that promote your company's image.

Sounds like it's time to find a different production manager, for the benefit & retention of your customers.

Believe me, I've tried. She's in a protected class, the owner believes in "jobs for life", no matter what a f' up she/he is.
